  1. What is an eBook?

    An eBook is an Electronic Book in PDF (Portable Document Format), which you can download from the Internet. eBooks saves trees, they are cheaper because there is no shipping and handling fees and you don't have to wait for delivery, you will have instant access to the book. To read an eBook you will need a PDF reader. The most popular PDF reader is Adobe Acrobat.   2. How do I search for a specific product on your site?

    Use the Google search box at the top of your screen to search for eBooks at LIAFIN. To search, enter some keywords or the title of the product you are looking for and click on the Google Search button.
  3. How safe is my personal and credit card information?

    The e-mail address you provide when contacting us will not be given to any 3rd party, neither will we use it for unsolicited e-mails. Your e-mail will only be used to contact you in reply to specific queries you made. We never see your credit card information as all of our online transactions are handled by independent payment systems like Clickbank.
  4. Is it safe to order products through Clickbank?

    Yes, they use Secure Socket Layer technology to encrypt your credit card information in order to prevent Internet hackers from stealing your credit card information.
  5. I've been to the author's website and I'm still unsure about certain aspects of the eBook. Who can I contact?

    Click here to contact us. Tell us what you want to know about this specific product and we will gladly assist you, to help you make an informed choice.
  6. I am not satisfied with the product I bought and requested a refund, but the author does not want to give my money back.

    We maintain very high standards on our website by only recommending quality eBooks from respectable authors. If you requested a refund within the specified money back guarantee deadline and the author refuses to honour your request, please inform us about it. Click here to contact us.

  7. I want to make some comments about a specific eBook on your site. How can I do this?

    All comments about any eBook published on our website can be e-mailed to admin@liafin.co.za. If you are aware of any incorrect or outdated information on any of our pages or if you have any additional information, facts, comments, reviews or opinions about any eBook published on our site, please e-mail them to us. We don't mind whether your comments are positive or negative, we want to know how you feel about the eBooks published on our website.
  8. I am the author of an eBook listed on your site. I saw that people have some negative comments about my eBook. What can I do about this?

    We suggest that you identify what caused the readers to make these negative comments about your eBook and address these issues. Once you have addressed these issues, make a public announcement, on your website, blog or through a press release, explaining the corrective mesaures you took to address these problems. We will gladly add a link to this public statement in the comments area your eBook profile published on our site.
  9. I don't have a credit card, is it possible to buy an eBook from your site, using another method of payment?

    If you don't own a credit card and would like to apply for one, click on the image above (SOUTH AFRICAN RESIDENTS ONLY). If you are an South African citizen and do not want to apply for a credit card, send us your name, e-mail address and a telephone number, tell us which book do you want to buy and we will order the book for you.

    We will reply with a quote based on the current exchange rate plus a small processing fee. If you are satisfied with the price, deposit the money into our bank account, using the banking details provided with the quote and fax or e-mail the proof of payment to us. Ordering will only commence once we have received the proof of payment. All the relevant information about the eBook such as the downloading instructions, login details, etc. will be automatically forwarded to the e-mail address you supplied.

    NOTE: Ordering an eBook this way is only recommended if you do not own a credit card as it raises the cost of the eBook.
